Hi, I'm Nicola

I’m a holistic health practitioner and breathwork coach on a mission to help more women reclaim their power and show up as the best version of themselves. 

I create a kind, compassionate and safe space where you can peel back the layers, remove the mask, let go, and be acknowledged just as you are.
