About the Event

Welcome to the Breathing Event;-

I will be walking you through a journey of letting go, clearing the unwanted, leaning into your inner fear and releasing so you can find clarity, calm and purpose.

You will experience the deep healing benefits of this breathing technique and how just breathing deeply you can dramatically shift the way you feel in your mind and body and bring higher states of awareness and a deep reconnection. When we stop and breathe, our mind, body and soul are given the opportunity to realign, to stop the over thinking, relaxing the mind and body so you have a moment to give yourself love and compassion. This is event is open to community both Men and Women, over the age of 16 welcome. Please see at the bottom for those people this may not be suitable for.

What do I bring?

  • Warm Blanket  (important)
  • Socks
  • Scarf to cover your eyes
  • Journal / Pen
  • Pillow if you want more comfort
  • Water bottle
  • Open mind
  • An empty to light tummy for this experience (VERY IMPORTANT)
  • Ideally not eating 90 mins before the event starts

Anyone who may be under the influence of drugs / alcohol

Zoom Live - This event is via zoom, no one will see you or hear you, so your privacy is guarded at all times.

Refunds These tickets are non refundable due to the limited number of spaces available. If you cannot make the event please pass your ticket to another friend to attend, please advice when you do this, I can change the link and add them to my list.
