I am Nicola, mother of two gorgeous daughters, I have been helping women in various stage of life for over 20 years, from women entering motherhood to those in their final few moments of life.
As a women’s health practitioner, my passion to share knowledge and help other women came unexpectedly, when in 2006 I was involved in a car accident which caused me significant injuries, through the process of rehabilitation I not only had to draw on the life experiences and lessons I had already learnt I also discovered new skills, two of these being Pilates and breath work. These skill sets have since formed the foundation in how i live a happy and fulfilled life.
In 2012 I gave birth to my first daughter, Taylor-Ferne, after 23 hours of traumatic labour, she was delivered via emergency c-section, this taught me a valuable lesson, that things don’t always go to plan however when you have the right tools in place its possible to overcome adversity.
Over the last 20 years, I have helped and supported thousands of women (and men) some with easy to solve problems, while others needing ongoing guidance and different health care treatments. Working in palliative care, I have sat with more than 30 men and women as they took their final breath. I have taught over 5,000 pilates classes, was studio manager for the largest pilates educational institute in Australia and have coached at least 500 ladies through pregnancy.
Since living on the Gold Coast from 2016 I have made it my mission to help and support as many women as possible by creating a space and community where women are supported through various stages of life, a place where they can get their questions answered without feeling judged and be empowered with tools, techniques and skills to deal with life as a women.
Ultimately I want to help you by sharing my knowledge and experience so you can feel confident, supported and achieve the results you desire in life.
I appreciate you sharing your journey with me and look forward to supporting you.

This is my beautiful family.
Taylor-Ferne: my eldest, highly spirited, beautiful and loving. Loves high drama and being on a pretend stage, entertaining us all with her productions and song and dance. She keeps me on my toes and is my greatest teacher.
Nella-Rose: the polar opposite to Taylor-Ferne. This little girl is a natural problem-solver, a healer, a nurturer. She loves to find the laughter in all things. She is the balance in our family, the sunshine.
Anthony: the perfect husband for me, an incredible dad. His playfulness in life creates so much spontaneous joy for us all. I never thought i would say this but I married a mind reader... no seriously, that's his profession!
